A Visit from Samaritan's Purse

All of us at Hope for Korah would like to thank Samaritan's Purse for their kindness in coming alongside our families and elders this past week.

On Friday their Country Director Melody Moshkowski, Ato Endegena Ashenafi and their team visited our Youth Education & Empowerment Compound, Elders' Home and Medical Clinic distributing numerous Covid-19 hygiene kits to all of our families and teen girls. Each bag was generously filled with important items such as masks, body soap, laundry soap, towels, toothbrush kit, sanitary pads, rubber gloves, disinfectant and more. In addition Samaritan's Purse donated many water barrels and two handwashing stations for our compounds.

With all of the recent social distancing protocols and Coronavirus restrictions, this was such a welcomed visit!! Everyone, including all of our staff, enjoyed the time spent with this team and our families were very grateful to receive this support as proper hygiene is so difficult to achieve in Korah. Thank you Samaritan's Purse for your compassion and for the hope you give!
