We are so excited to share with you a glimpse of the new Elders’ Home and our celebratory opening! So many of you were praying with us as we searched for a new location, and we are so grateful.
May 28th is World Hunger Day. Founded in 2011 by The Hunger Project, it calls attention to the global food crisis and seeks to offer hope through encouraging unified action and sustainable solutions.
Emiwedet embodies the heroic nature of sacrificial motherhood. She has persevered and stood in the gap, fighting for dignity and for her son, in spite of the significant emotional and physical trauma she has endured.
You might remember that a couple of years ago, a group of our HFK youth came together to create the Kindness Club. Their desire to give back and better their community through acts of kindness is so inspiring.
