Fraol's Education

Active and free-spirited, Fraol is a smart and cheerful kindergarten student in need of sponsorship.

Fraol lives with his mother, grandmother, and older brother in a small home in Korah. Two years ago, Fraol’s father tragically passed away in a terrible accident. This has been especially challenging for his mother, who is working hard through HFK’s Family Empowerment Program. Resilient and determined, the family has continued on with the support of their community.

Last year, Fraol graduated from the HFK daycare and started kindergarten. An enthusiastic learner, he enjoys school and is doing very well. He also attends the new weekly Hope for Korah kindergarten program, where he enjoys spending time with friends, singing songs, and listening to Bible stories. Fraol shares a close bond with his older brother, who lovingly helps care for him.

Fraol is enrolled in KG-2 at Mar Youth Academy, a private school that offers a higher standard of education with smaller class sizes, quality teaching, and greater support from teachers. His Educational Sponsorship will cover tuition, uniforms, textbooks, school supplies, after-school tutoring, youth activities, and the Berta Breakfast provided each morning before school. This support will help Fraol break the cycle of poverty by empowering his mind and providing hope for a brighter future.
