To celebrate International Women's Day, Hope for Korah facilitated a community blood drive with one goal: to help women!

In Ethiopia, too many women lose their lives during childbirth due to a lack of resources, but together we can make a difference by giving the gift of blood.

Yesterday, 29 individuals from Hope for Korah and our amazing partners came together to give back to our community, including Carry 117, Mary Help College, Birhane Wengel Church, and Out of the Ashes.

It was especially encouraging to see one of our own HFK mothers among the donors. After graduating from our Family Empowerment Program, she is now working with Carry117 and continues to pour back into the community that once supported her.

We are deeply grateful for this beautiful display of compassion, partnership, and commitment. Thank you for helping us protect the mothers of our community!
