Amanuel's Education

He lives with his parents and younger sister in a small home near the city garbage dump. Amanuel is actively involved in many Hope for Korah youth programs, including soccer, Book Review Club, tutoring, music, theatre, and computers. He enjoys learning new things and making the most of the opportunities available to him.

At home, Amanuel helps his family by fetching water each day and caring for his younger sister. He is a responsible and compassionate young man who is eager to learn, grow, and pursue his dreams. Amanuel hopes to one day play on a professional soccer team and understands that achieving this goal will require dedication both on the field and in the classroom.

This fall, Amanuel will begin Grade 9 at Liza Private School, where he will benefit from smaller class sizes, quality instruction, and greater academic support. An Educational Sponsorship will provide his tuition, uniform, textbooks, school supplies, after-school tutoring, youth activities, and a nutritious Berta Breakfast each school day. Your support will equip Amanuel with the education, encouragement, and resources he needs to build a brighter future.
