Effective Leadership in Action at HFK!

We recently had a staff training day focused on Effective Leadership, led by our good friend and instructor, Yohannes Yadagne, trainer and founder of Hiwot Mentorship Society.

Yohannes guided us through two full days of impactful training—one for our fathers and another for our staff leadership team. We deeply appreciate his wisdom, engaging training style, and dedication to equipping leaders for success.

In these photos, you can see our HFK team digging deep into topics like team building, exploring core values and vision, and identifying strengths and weaknesses. They also focused on the importance of teamwork, positive thinking, unity and creative leadership.
