Emergency Relief Fund for Families Who Have Lost Their Homes

Many of you have already heard about the heartbreaking situation unfolding in Korah, where homes along the edge of the garbage dump are being demolished. Families have been forced to leave with little notice, leaving many without shelter and struggling to find a safe place to live.

Our staff on the ground, are already walking alongside affected families, helping them find housing, assess their most urgent needs, and provide immediate support during this difficult transition.

Hope for Korah is launching an Emergency Relief Fund with a goal of raising $6,000–$10,000 to provide immediate support for families during this crisis. These funds will help temporarily sponsor 20 or more families with three months of food and rent assistance as they work to rebuild their lives. We also hope to welcome 50 additional children and adults into our Berta Breakfast Program, ensuring they receive a nutritious meal each morning during this difficult season.

If you are able, would you consider making a gift to help these families? Whether large or small, every donation will make a tangible difference and remind these families that they are not facing this crisis alone.

Together, we can provide hope, practical support, and the opportunity for families to begin again.
