Today we’re shining a light on a very special group in our program — our elders.
These are courageous men who have lived with the effects of leprosy for most of their lives. They have endured not only physical suffering but also deep social isolation. Even today, simply leaving their homes for a medical appointment or a short outing can be a challenge. Many drivers refuse to let them into their taxis. They face discrimination and are often treated with fear or disrespect.
We believe our elders deserve better.
We want to provide them with safe, reliable, and dignified transportation — so they can access healthcare, be part of their community, and experience joy and connection outside the walls of their homes.
Be part of the journey — help put Hope on the Move!
