Happy Canada Day from the Canadian Embassy in Ethiopia

Happy Canada Day!

We were honored to be invited to take part in the Canada Day celebration at the Canadian Embassy in Addis Ababa! It was so fun to celebrate and enjoy dinner with the Canadian expats, officials and diplomats that live and work in Addis, and to be able to display and share the beautiful baskets made by our women. We were deeply honored to not only be invited as a Canadian NGO but to also be highlighted by Ambassador Stephane Jobin in his speech. It was a wonderful night!
