A Simple Pair of Shoes

321 pairs of shoes. 321 smiling children. 321 lives impacted. 

Our staff reported back that our HFK kids were absolutely thrilled to each receive a new pair of shoes. Thank you to everyone who contributed toward this wonderful gift! Having new shoes is a gift that cannot be underestimated. Proper footwear allows kids to attend school, prevents injuries, and protects against vulnerability to parasitic infections. A simple pair of shoes equates to significant improvement in health and wellbeing! We also distributed shoes and socks to over 100 women in our program.
